I founded Form Theory to help people move without limits, whether that’s
running faster, lifting your kids without pain, or staying active for life.
My background spans form growing up in the Midwest, serving in the U.S. Air Force, personal
training, and pushing my own limits through CrossFit, marathons, and obstacle races.
Those experiences taught me that strength and resilience aren’t just for athletes, they’re
skills anyone can build.
